Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative based around Lindfield.
This is a permanent part time position requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week. The role may require flexibility to extend hours as workload demands. You must be available for at least 2 days per week, hold a valid driver's licence, and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
About The Role
To establish a visual presence at store level through the building and maintenance of displays that meet trade standards and to maintain adequate stock cover. The role involves limited selling tasks, such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading The Arnott's Group promotional activity, and requires a basic understanding of selling.
What Your Day Looks Like
* Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards.
* Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities wherever possible.
* Ensure adequate stock is available on displays and that correct ticketing and POS are in place.
* Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.
* Adhere to the scheduled Call Plan and complete all in-store tasks as requested through your i-CAP and via your Territory Manager.
* Assist the Territory Manager in achieving their business objectives and targets through selling, effective management and retention of POS, and attempting to resolve non‐compliance issues.
* Strictly adhere to provided OH&S guidelines.
Ingredient For Success
* Preferably a Higher School Certificate.
* Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role, preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.
* Drive for results, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, creativity, problem solving and basic selling skills.
