About You
We're looking for a seasonedManagerwho brings experience inCivil Infrastructure, Construction or Mining/Resourcesand is ready to hit the ground running.
You'll also bring:
* Proven success managing hard dollar contracts, structural concrete, and civil works.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A detail-oriented mindset and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Ideally, you're Gladstone-based — or willing to relocate.
* Tertiary qualifications would be advantageous but not mandatory
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead project planning and execution with confidence.
* Collaborate closely with Aestec Management to align goals and deliverables.
* Oversee and manage client relationships to ensure expectations around safety, quality, schedule, and cost are exceeded.
* Manage compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
* Coordinate resources — people, materials, subcontractors, and equipment — to ensure program and budget alignment.
* Lead investigations and reporting of incidents as required.
* Monitor and manage quality assurance processes and performance improvement.
* Safeguard company interests through effective contract and operational leadership.
