This role provides an entry point into Human Resources with a focus on administrative and operational support within a collaborative HR team.
Role: We're excited to offer a 10-month fixed-term Parental leave cover role as an HR Operations Administrator. Based in the Baxter Old Toongabbie office, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR team, People Leaders, and employees across ANZ. You will bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail to help ensure the seamless delivery of HR processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare all employment-related contracts, letters, and new employee documentation.
* Manage the HR Operations mailing Inbox within SLAs.
* Coordinate the approval and distribution of employment-related contracts, letters, and new documentation within SLAs.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams to ensure new employees are properly set up on the HRIS and Payroll system.
* Manage employment changes (promotions, secondments, workplace flexibility agreements) and update them via HR Tracker.
* Oversee employee terminations and ensure a well-managed off-boarding process.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS, including regular data matching checks between Workday and the Payroll system (ADP).
* Liaise with People Leaders regarding onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in the HRIS, assisting with queries from all Business Units related to reporting and process guidance.
* Support the HR Business Partnering team and the wider HR team as needed.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to simplify HR processes and implement automation.
* Contribute to the regular updating of HR policies and procedures with support from the HR team.
* Collect data and generate reports using current tools and potential new methods to create HR dashboard components.
* Assist with administering the Service Awards and Recognition Program in support of the Talent Management team.
* Gather data quarterly to create a regular HR update for Business Partners to deliver at Business Unit leadership team meetings.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
* Prior experience with HRIS such as Workday is desirable.
* Proven administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Previous experience supporting an HR team in a complex environment is highly desired.
* Solid experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience with Microsoft Teams, Adobe Sign, and/or Workday is highly desirable.
* Ability to work autonomously and balance priorities to meet deadlines.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
