**Your Next Opportunity**:
As our newest **Safety/HR Advisor**, you will be responsible for managing the safety processes of the organisation as well as providing HR administrative support as required.
Drawing on your knowledge gained through the successful attainment of formal qualifications in a related discipline, you will also contribute to the overall Safety culture of the business and ensure processes are in place so that all staff are able to follow best practices in WHS.
This role will require occasional travel to regional locations, at times working with teams remotely to ensure employees are across all health and safety requirements.
**What You Will Bring to the Team**:
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of **3-5 years of experience** in a related discipline, though **we are also open to experienced technicians who are looking to bring their knowledge to a Safety and HR-focused role**. Critical to your success in this role will be a working knowledge of relevant legislation, systems and processes.
