Your new role: Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Underwood branch. You will be responsible for: Leadership & Team Development Lead, train, and develop a stable team of four. Foster a positive, supportive, and productive team culture. Sales & Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with plumbing contractors, trade customers, and suppliers. Leverage your plumbing wholesale knowledge to identify growth opportunities and drive market share. Get out on the road to develop new accounts and grow existing ones. Deliver exceptional customer service backed by strong product and industry knowledge. Operations & Inventory Oversee trade counter operations, deliveries, and customer service. Apply your understanding of plumbing product ranges and supply chain dynamics to manage stock accuracy and inventory levels effectively. Ensure smooth and efficient daily branch operations. Financial Performance Oversee P&L, budgets, and key financial metrics. Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve margins, and drive profitability. Compliance & Safety Ensure branch safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies at all times.
