IT Support Specialist
This is an exciting role where you will be the first point of IT support contact, assisting stakeholders and customers with IT requests whilst upskilling their digital capabilities to reduce user error.
You will work in a dynamic team environment at the Port Office located at Port of Brisbane with a rotating roster supporting the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal located at Pinkenba.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert IT support and help upskill our people's digital capabilities to minimise user error.
* Further develop your service desk/network background with opportunities to contribute to technology projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in understanding and applying ITIL practices.
* Good technical support skills in ICT disciplines including devices, applications, technologies, systems.
* Curious and keen to learn new skills and technologies with a range of stakeholders.
* Proficient on Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune), and Azure Active Directory.
