About The Role
As a Registered Nurse with the In-Reach Service, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents within Residential Aged Care settings. No two days will be the same as you:
Deliver evidence-based care aligned to patient goals
Advocate for residents and support families and carers in navigating the health system
Respond effectively to changing clinical conditions and emergencies
Build therapeutic relationships and practise within ethical and cultural boundaries

Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, a New Zealand citizen with a current NZ Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
