Job Role
* Review, update, and develop organisational policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and operational requirements.
* Maintain and regularly update theRisk Register, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
* Monitor regulatory changes and provide advice to management and the Board on compliance requirements.
* Support preparation for external accreditation and compliance audits.
To be successful, you must have
* Proven experience in compliance, governance, or risk management, preferably in the aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate legislation into practical policy and procedure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across the organisation.
* Hold a current Police Check.
