- BH-26013Our client; an Australian owned and run leading supplier to their particular Australian sector have an exciting opening for a Claims and Aftersales Coordinator.
This is a fast paced, busy role and requires someone who is super resiliant with solid attention to detail and prior experience with product claims is a must.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolving any aftersales enquiries including product quality, transit damage, and spare parts requests.
- Providing high end customer service
- Processing customer claims and return authorities
- Pro-actively raising any potential quality issues with Procurement, Quality control team and Product management
- Following up return authorities that are outstanding and if required any outstanding payments
- Assistant with any ad hoc duties as required.
**Skills required to be sucessful in the role**:
- Prior solid experience in a claims and customer experience role (with products)
- A strong passion for delivering an outstanding customer service
- The ability to work autonomously and within the team and really 'own your role'
- Proven demonstrated experience working in a fast past environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Advance computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems efficiently
