**Healthcare Australia** have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to join a leading, proudly family-owned 5* Aged Care organization that now has residences throughout Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.
**About the role**
As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing productive and effective management of all resident care and wellbeing.
You will ensure effective documentation of care and service, whilst meeting legal requirements and maximizing financial outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Residence Manager, the Clinical Manager is responsible for delivering the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to residents that meets the social, physical, spiritual, cultural and emotional needs of the elder.

**Successful applicants will possess**:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Managerial experience in an Aged Care setting
- Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team
- Sound has proven written and verbal communication skills
- An excellent understanding and working knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation
- Comprehensive computer skills
