Job Summary
This key role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating tasks associated with program development, design management, cost planning, tendering, estimating, contract administration and program management of new construction works.
Key Responsibilities
* Consultation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a pipeline of customer projects and programs are identified and delivered through rigorous consideration and implementation of agreed delivery methods.
* Preparing and effectively managing the delivery of maintenance, minor works, and construction activity in line with industry frameworks and standards.
* As the subject matter expert for operational and technical service delivery activity, ensure all staff and contractors are provided necessary leadership, guidance and mentoring through the allocation of maintenance and construction projects.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and industry ensuring value is visible across all services delivered.
* Continuous partnering and capability development with a commitment to high quality and timely service delivery and value for money outcomes.
* Leading and mentoring a team of Managers and other staff within the Delivery team.
