About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing and/or midwifery services across a variety of health service settings, delivering care that supports the wellbeing, dignity, and safety of patients. You will develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient clinician, consolidating your skills through continuous learning, hands-on experience, and reflective practice.
You will accept accountability for your own standards of care and for any activities you delegate to others, ensuring all nursing and midwifery practice aligns with professional, regulatory, and organisational requirements. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will help maintain high-quality service delivery and contribute to positive outcomes for the individuals and communities you support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
