Job Description
THE ROLE
As a Facility Cleaner, you will play a vital role in keeping our Centre spotless and ensuring it's always ready to welcome guests.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Ensuring that public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathrooms and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard
* Ensuring that all guest requests for amenities and services are promptly fulfilled
* Reporting maintenance issues and attending to special cleaning assignments
* Assisting with guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
We are looking for individuals who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including days, nights, and weekends.

* Previous experience in a busy customer-facing role
