* Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
* Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and regulatory guidelines.
* Handle month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Manage general ledger reconciliations and maintain financial records accurately.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning.
* Coordinate and liaise with auditors during audits and resolve any queries.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies.
* Support the team with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
The Successful Applicant A Successful Financial Accountant Should Have
* A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
* Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or working towards).
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
* Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
* High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
