A current and valid Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one. First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis. Essential Skills and Attributes Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS). Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations in Australia. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team across multiple sites. Skills in operations management, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all services Ability to manage budgets, forecast, and understand financial reports. Capability to set and implement a strategic direction in alignment with the company's broader vision. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with Service Managers, staff, parents, and stakeholders. Ability to address and resolve issues that may arise within the service or between different services Desirable Skills and Knowledge A track record of implementing initiatives that lead to enhanced service quality and operational efficiency. Experience in fostering strong relationships with local communities and other stakeholders. Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for service management, children’s documentation, and parent communication. Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
