About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the team. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of project delivery across our MV & HV divisions, overseeing operations and ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage multiple electrical projects from initiation through to completion, including planning, scheduling, procurement, delivery, and close-out.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for flawless project execution.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust schedules or plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are maintained.
Oversee project budgets, track financials, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned.
Collaborate with the estimating and engineering teams to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and technical requirements.
Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in electrical engineering, switchboard manufacturing, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of LV/MV/HV electrical systems, with an understanding of AS***** and other relevant standards.
Proven track record managing complex, high-value projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and contracts.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
