Position Information
The NSW Department of Education provides, funds and regulates education services for NSW students from early childhood to secondary school, delivering world-class education through its public schools and providing funding support to non-government schools. About the Role
This role is vital to the maintenance and upkeep of departmental schools.
Responsibilities
* Planning and prioritising tasks to maintain a property with minimal supervision.
* Communicating effectively with colleagues.
* Performing routine maintenance and upkeep tasks within a Departmental School/grounds.
* Assisting with the set up and removal of furniture and equipment for school activities.
* Identifying and reporting maintenance and safety issues.
* Receiving, storing and distributing supplies.
* Monitoring equipment and reporting faults.

This is a part‐time 0.5 FTE role.
