Full-Time Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join a professional automotive team. Key Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage and coordinate repair workflows in line with workshop and Operations Manager expectations. Restore vehicles to a high-quality, dent-free finish using advanced Paintless Dent Repair techniques. Perform dent removal using methods such as glue pulling, leveraging, and specialised PDR techniques. Remove and refit vehicle lights, trims, and interior panels where required to complete repairs accurately. Provide expert advice on panel damage, repair options, and suitable repair methods. Complete all repair orders efficiently while ensuring workmanship meets high-quality standards. Assist with vehicle preparation and detailing tasks when required. Work collaboratively with the wider workshop team to maintain efficient operations and a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to support daily workshop activities. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop environment. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician. Strong knowledge of PDR repair techniques and processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Own complete set of PDR tools required to perform high-quality repairs. Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to work within required repair timeframes while maintaining premium quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual. Professional presentation and ability to represent the business positively. Current and clean NSW Driver Licence.
