We are looking for a conscientious Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help create lasting customer experiences. You are the heartbeat of the Melton West store. Together with the Store Manager, you'll orchestrate a symphony of excellence and fuelling a performance surge in your team.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire a team of individuals to shine
* Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure the store is welcoming and energetic
* Resolve customer enquiries with patience and provide memorable service
* Assist with onboarding new team members by providing tools and knowledge to surprise and delight customers
Qualifications
* Experience in retail; knowledge of innovative practices in retail
* Customer service excellence and a track record of delivering results
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to lead in a collaborative environment and support the team to perform at their best
