Clinical Manager – BlueCare
Location: Labrador Gardens Aged Care Facility
Employment Term: Full time, 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday
Remuneration: $68.95 – $70.43 per hour (dependent on experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances.

Responsibilities
* Provide day‐to‐day clinical leadership ensuring care aligns with best practice, legislation and quality standards.
* Lead, coach and mentor clinical and care teams, building a capable, confident, high‐performing workforce.
* Act as escalation point for complex clinical issues, applying strong judgement and evidence‐based decision‐making.
* Oversee comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning, ensuring responsiveness to individual needs and goals.
* Drive clinical governance and risk management, including proactive management of key risks such as falls, wounds and infection control.
* Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with internal processes, audits and regulatory requirements.
* Foster a strong culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance care quality and service delivery.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals to support coordinated, holistic care.
* Partner with the Residential Services Manager to ensure clinical governance, AN‐ACC funding integrity and sustainable service outcomes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent).
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Extensive clinical experience, ideally within residential aged care.
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
* Strong clinical assessment, decision‐making and problem‐solving skills.
* Experience in clinical governance, quality standards and compliance frameworks.
* Knowledge of aged care funding models (AN‐ACC) and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* Postgraduate qualifications in aged care, clinical leadership or related specialty (desirable).
