School-based Traineeship – Plumbing, Guildford
The Role
Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, this role places Year 10 students in a Reece branch to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
Students will complete the certificate requirements, assist with daily branch operations, and gain on‐job training.
Key Responsibilities
* Embrace Reece values, policies and procedures
* Provide customer service
* Complete all certificate requirements
* Process sales
* Manage stock
* Answer the phone to take messages and orders
* Communicate with customers and staff
* Build product knowledge
* Provide follow‐up to customers
* Contribute to maintaining the branch at a high standard
About You
We look for Year 10 students who:
* Have good written and verbal communication skills
* Can follow instructions
* Show enthusiasm and a great attitude
* Are willing to try new things
* Work well as part of a teamMaintain a neat and tidy workplace
* Present themselves well
Working hours
Equivalent to one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended.
