We are seeking a hands‐on Service Manager who can lead from the front, drive workshop performance, build strong customer relationships and develop a high‐performing after‐sales team. About the Role
Reporting to senior dealership management, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of the service department. You will lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Staff while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily service department operations
* Ensure outstanding customer service and after‐sales support
* Manage customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes
* Control departmental KPIs, budgets and financial performance
* Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Manager
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience in automotive or heavy vehicle workshop operations
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage workflow and meet operational deadlines
* Candidates must currently be based in Australia
