Job Title: SAP Payroll Lead
Technical Skills
* Strong hands‐on and recent experience to firewalls (Juniper SRX, Fortinet, VMWARE NSX) with firewall analysis experience
* Experience in working through ServiceNow tickets and HPQC.
* ESS and MSS portals and functionalities
* Good Communication skills to liaison with the TSS payroll team, Superannuation Team, On boarding team, Termination team.
* Understanding in providing solutions to Payroll system through configuration, new enhancement, defect fix.
* Adequate knowledge in analysing tickets and solve issues with Pay, Tax, Work schedules, Deductions, EBA's, shift allowances, Rule changes, Time evaluation, Leave Loading calculation, Superannuation, Termination payments, Payroll Control Center, Single Touch Payroll (STP), Support Pack Upgrade and build or amend an Enterprise Bargaining Agreements or Awards.
* Skill in preparing configuring and testing documentation.
* Comfortable to support Complex, high-volume HR and Payroll environment.
* SAP interfaces with 3rd Party
* Spinifex reporting
* SAP S4 HANA knowledge will be added advantage.
