Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation (YEC) is a partnership between Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) and international renewable energy company, ACEN Corporation (ACEN). Representing one of the largest Indigenous-led renewable energy initiatives in Australia, YEC will see the Yindjibarndi people and ACEN work together to develop wind, solar, and renewable energy storage projects on Yindjibarndi Ngurra (country) – an area covering approximately 13,000 km2 within the Yindjibarndi Native Title Determination Areas in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

About the Role

Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation (YEC) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to support our site project team and Karratha-based operations.

Reporting to the Construction Manager and providing support to the WHSEH Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site and office operations, including administration, logistics, mobilisation, and supporting WHSEH, stakeholder & communications and HR teams. You will play a key role in supporting a professional, safe, and culturally respectful work environment. a strong safety culture and ensuring the effective implementation of WHS systems, procedures, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the daily operations of the site team and Karratha office to ensure efficient and professional administration
* Act as the first point of contact for staff, contractors, and visitors
* Coordinate onboarding, mobilisation, and induction processes for remote location employees and contractors
* Assist with travel, accommodation, and logistics for site personnel
* Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, reporting, and document control
* Support with purchase orders, invoicing, and site-related financial administration
* Maintain accurate records, registers, and project documentation
* Aid stakeholder engagement, including site visits and community-related activities
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and culturally respectful workplace environment
* Collaborate with Perth-based YEC and ACEN Australia teams as needed.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in site administration, project administration, or a similar role (ideally within construction, energy, or infrastructure)
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site / office administration
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with mobilisation, onboarding, and travel coordination
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
* High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
* Current WA Driver's Licence
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency with valid work rights
* Experience in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
* Familiarity with Indigenous engagement and cultural awareness.
