Our client, is a well known surgeon, offering excellence in patient care.
Currently they have an opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to work in their team. In this busy role you will need to think on your feet and confidently handle phones, patients and doctor requests simultaneously.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Managing patient payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings
- Theatre bookings
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Daily banking
- Assisting the Practice Manager with adhoc duties
To be successful in this position you will have previous experience working in a medical specialist setting. You will be enthusiastic with a high standard of customer service care. You will thrive in a faced paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
