About the Role
Part‐time roles with AM and PM shifts. You will support residents in daily activities, assist with treatments, and maintain their physical and mental wellbeing.
* Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well‐fed
* Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
* Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
* Keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
* Be a friend to our residents
* Ensure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* Time spent working as a caregiver or similar role
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives and strong communication skills
