As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our friendly team and provide vital support to our Managing Directors and operations.
About the Role
In this full-time role, you'll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business by supporting key administrative and operational functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the Managing Directors
Managing data entry and financial processes in Xero
Handling phone and email correspondence, including directing calls and responding to
customer enquiries
Overseeing Accounts Receivable functions – tracking invoices, coordinating payments, and
maintaining accurate financial records
Managing job scheduling and invoicing through Simpro (prior experience highly regarded)
General office administration and organisational support
About You
We're seeking someone with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
To be successful, you will have:
Experience with Simpro and Xero (highly regarded, but not essential)
Strong data entry and administration skills with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
