Remuneration and Location
* $95,981 to $108,257 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $81,105 to $91,478 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Position Overview
The Business Services Officer (Disability and Client Services) operates within Disability and Accessibility Services and provides high‐level business, financial, and operational support to a team of Disability Advisers, supporting effective service delivery to diverse student cohorts. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing high‐volume student enquiries and administrative workflows, coordinating and hiring casual staff, and delivering critical financial management functions, including accurate monitoring of student‐level disability support expenditure and associated staffing costs.
Qualifications
* Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree, or completion of an associate diploma with at least two years' subsequent relevant work experience.
* Proven ability to identify, interpret, apply and analyse policies and procedures to advise clients accurately, problem‐solve and develop workable solutions to address client needs.
* Demonstrated skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint and the ability to competently use corporate information systems.
* Effective written, verbal and digital communication skills with proven ability to prepare a wide range of reports, submissions and briefing notes as required.
* Ability to work autonomously in an agile work environment and as part of a collaborative team focussed on delivering a high standard of client service.
* Proven ability to manage time and high‐volume tasks efficiently, as well as respond positively to unexpected challenges at short notice.
