We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
This part-time role is ideal for those who pride themselves on their professionalism and organisational skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Action travel and accommodation requirements for team members and external stakeholders, including travel roster management and auditing/reporting
* Raise purchase requisitions, support logistics and freight transport, invoicing/receipting
* Assist with events planning and coordination (i.e. workshops, forums, etc.)
* Day to day general administration tasks as assigned
Required Skills And Qualifications
* A minimum of 24 months experience in a similar role, with experience within the mining industry being desirable
* Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or similar (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
* Able to be organised, self-driven and motivated and solutions-focused
* Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work, managing competing deadlines to ensure tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills
