St Catherine's College Crawley WA is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef to join our dynamic catering team on a full-time, permanent basis (38 hours per week).

You will play a key role in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the highest standards while working collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality food with consistency in taste and presentation
* Work across all sections of the kitchen with confidence
* Coordinate and supervise team members during shifts
* Ensure efficient workflow and timely service
* Maintain stock control and minimise food wastage
* Follow menu specifications and food safety standards
* Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness practices
* Support buffet, function, and event catering service
About You
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in a busy commercial kitchen
* Experience in buffets, functions, or event catering (highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMotivated, reliable, and with a positive attitude
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexible to work across a 7‐day rotating roster
