About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our growing team. This role involves conducting routine inspections and entry/exit condition reports across residential properties, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and presentation.
This is a mobile role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine inspections across residential properties
* Complete detailed entry, exit, and condition reports
* Capture clear, consistent photographic evidence
* Identify maintenance issues and report accurately
* Liaise professionally with property managers and tenants
* Ensure all reports are completed within required timeframes
About You
* Holds a current Real Estate Certificate (mandatory)
* Registered with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) (mandatory)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using inspection/reporting software and mobile apps
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
