You'll manage settlements end-to-end across a range of lending products, ensuring all documentation, conditions and funding requirements are met prior to release. This includes reviewing legal and settlement documents, validating supporting evidence (such as security, insurance and ownership documentation), and ensuring all records are complete and accurately captured in system. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve outstanding items ahead of settlement, keeping communication clear, proactive and professional to ensure smooth execution. A strong focus on risk and compliance is essential in this role. You'll ensure all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including privacy, AML and responsible lending obligations, while consistently meeting service level timeframes. This role sits within the broader lending operations environment and supports the final stage of the lending lifecycle, contributing to a seamless and positive experience for customers and stakeholders alike.**About You**You are highly organised and detail-oriented, and you thrive in a structured, process-driven environment where accuracy matters. You take pride in getting things right the first time and bring a calm, methodical approach to managing multiple settlements and competing deadlines.You have experience in lending operations, settlements or broader financial services administration, and while exposure to commercial lending would be advantageous, it's not essential. You're confident working with systems, have strong numeracy and literacy skills, and understand the importance of maintaining clean, accurate data and documentation.You communicate clearly and professionally, building effective relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and external partners.
