This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional office environment while also supporting general administrative and light finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Front desk reception duties including answering calls and greeting visitors
* General administration and office coordination
* Data entry and document processing
* Processing invoices and assisting with basic accounts tasks
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office operations
About You
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident communication and customer service abilities
* Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
* Basic numeracy skills with an interest in learning accounts processes
* MYOB exposure is highly regarded (not essential)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
