We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our growing Digital Risk team within EY's Risk Consulting practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is passionate about helping clients navigate complex technology, cyber, and AI-related risks.

Your key responsibilities
Leading the execution of AI Governance Reviews and Responsible AI assessments aligned to global standards (NIST RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001) and nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes.
Designing and implementing Responsible AI strategies for effective scaling of AI systems in a manner that is secure, trustworthy, and ethical.
Managing teams to deliver IT Risk and Assurance engagements - including the evaluation and design of IT controls (e.g. application & IT general controls) in support of internal audits as well as Program Assurance engagements.
Skills and attributes for success
The key attributes of the role are previous experience working in a consulting firm (Big 4 or boutique), who has a broad range of technology risk and AI experience to support delivery of our existing portfolio of work and manage day to day engagement delivery/teams.
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Technology-enabled Integrated Risk Management (IRM) programs
AI Governance and Responsible AI Strategy
Data governance, Risk Analytics, and Digital enablement
Technology-focused internal audit - including IT General Controls, Cyber Security, and AI Governance
Program and Project risk management consulting and/or assurance services
