Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients to achieve their technology goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the successful delivery of mining technology solutions implementations across multiple customer sites within our territory.
* Partner with project specialists and technical professionals across the mining technology industry to advance technology solutions within the sector.
* Build knowledge and be a valued advisor on how to implement the latest mining technologies to improve operations.
* Provide advice to customers on adapting processes and managing change, thereby building customer loyalty.
* Monitor advancements in the Minestar technology suite of solutions to collate and maintain knowledge share articles and applicable databases.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in facilitating the delivery of projects on time and to budget, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to understand customer expectations and manage delivery within agreed timeframes.
* The ability to achieve reliable results by utilising agreed methods and measures.
* Strong communication and documentation skills, including creating, interpreting, publishing and consolidating high-quality technical documentation for client issues.
