Meriton Suites are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Sydney team!
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for facilitating a cohesive environment between maintenance, housekeeping and front office departments and ensure all maintenance/painting staff are meeting service and safety standards across hotel operations and facilities, including suites, public areas and back of house.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven history working in a hotel or similar.
* Strong leadership skills and building management knowledge.
* Effectively lead a team in a safe working environment.
* Maintain the upkeep of the property and facilities at all times.
