The role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing supply chain capability across a complex and fast-growing international environment. You will lead the development of local sourcing, procurement or logistics strategies, ensuring that supply chain activities support programme delivery, operational performance and long‐term growth.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities
* Developing and delivering supply chain strategies aligned to business growth and operational needs
* Managing supplier identification, onboarding and performance across goods and services
* Leading sourcing activities including requests for quotation, negotiations and award recommendations
* Coordinating logistics, warehousing, customs processes and material flow
* Collaborating with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to support bid and execution planning
This role is based at Jakarta, Indonesia.
Essential experience
* Demonstrating experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics leadership roles
* Managing supplier relationships, performance and qualification processes
* Leading sourcing activities and negotiations within structured procurement environments
* Working within industrial sectors such as defence, maritime, engineering or manufacturing
* Applying knowledge of local supply markets, logistics and import or export considerations
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline
* Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
