We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support our fast-paced office operations. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients and partners, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, customer service, billing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily tasks: inbox management, calendar coordination, document preparation, and accurate record-keeping.
* Handle limited inbound and outbound calls; respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries.
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and corporate clients.
* Oversee billing and invoicing; initiate client payments; complete accounts functions in Xero with high accuracy.
* Coordinate packages, courier deliveries, and general office logistics.
* Support sales operations by responding to daily phone and email enquiries and preparing quotes as required.

* You will be highly organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
* You will have experience in managing day-to-day administration, customer service, and billing.
* You will have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
