We're on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

A stone's throw away from the Bunbury shoreline, Highway Hotel is a local favourite. We're the perfect place for families to meet for an overdue long lunch, for mates to catch up over a beer and the game, or to celebrate a milestone birthday or special event when venturing south of Perth.
A Day In The Life Of a Publican
* You know the locals by name, you're one of their own, while keeping an eye on the P&L.
* You run the place as if it's your own home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
* You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
* You put out fires before anyone notices there was smoke.
* You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
* Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You've got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it's been yours forever.
* You're not just running a venue – you're living the Publican life.
* Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
