The Accounts Payable role forms an important part of the small finance team for Riverside Marine Holdings Pty Ltd and is based in our Headquarters in Brisbane, Queensland.
This role will provide you with an opportunity to expand your Accounts Payable experience and the potential to develop your accounting skills.
* Location: Murarrie, Brisbane Qld (initially at Newstead and will relocate to Murarrie in future)

Key Responsibilities
As Accounts Payable, you will be primarily responsible for providing support services to the Riverside Marine Holdings Pty Ltd division of Bhagwan Marine Limited.
* Accounts Payable Function utilising Redmap document and process automation system and Pronto Accounting System
* Invoice processing and exception handling
* Invoice coding
* Account / Statement reconciliations
* Assist Finance Team with Cash flow forecasting
* Preparation of EFT payments runs
* Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, suppliers and client
Mandatory Qualifications And Experience
You will have past experience in an Accounts Payable role, and have:
* Experience working with integrated invoice processing and large MRP system
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent time-management, prioritising work and meeting deadlines
* Proven interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate to at all levels
* Advanced Excel abilities and good knowledge of ERP software
Riverside Marine Holdings has a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol use. A pre-employment medical will be carried out as well as psychometric testing.
