About This Opportunity
As a highly skilled Insurance Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a high-performing internal team, helping them grow and succeed. You will be responsible for managing workflows, quoting, renewals, claims, and documentation with precision and care. You will also be the first point of contact for internal queries and client service challenges. Working closely with Partners and Senior Account Executives to deliver seamless client experiences is crucial in this role. Keeping compliance tight, data clean, and standards high is also an essential part of your duties.
We are looking for someone who can bring energy, clarity, and leadership to every moment, whether it's a Monday morning huddle or a Friday afternoon cheers.
About You
You will need to have at least 5 years of experience in insurance broking or account management, ideally with SME clients. Leadership experience is key; you know how to inspire, guide, and get results. A collaborative mindset and a love of team success over individual glory are essential. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are also required. A sense of humour, a love of learning, and a commitment to doing good work with good people are must-haves.
