Position: National Training Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance
Employment: Permanent, full-time, 9‐day fortnight with no salary reduction. Provides career development and technical expertise recognition.
Location and Travel: National coverage; interstate travel to other GT offices across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high‐impact blended learning programs tailored to audit professionals from Graduate to Partner.
* Collaborate with technical leaders to embed regulatory updates, audit methodologies and assurance frameworks into training programmes.
* Lead onboarding and induction programs for new audit hires, ensuring alignment with firm values and technical excellence.
* Monitor learning analytics and generate insights to improve engagement and performance outcomes.
* Facilitate learning and development programs nationally with support from SMEs.
Skills & Experience
* Significant accounting experience including working knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
* Experience designing and delivering learning from technical teams.
* Exceptional facilitation and instructional design skills, able to translate complex concepts into engaging learning.
* Excellent communication, time management and project leadership capabilities.
* High attention to detail and adaptability.
