Job Description Inspect and assess aerospace wiring products (wire harnesses, electrical cables, etc.).
Conduct audits and assessments of supplier systems, processes, and products; document results and support RCCA.
Monitor and report supplier quality performance metrics.
Implement supplier quality management processes, including capability and capacity assessments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and supplier teams.
Maintain compliance with visual standards for product acceptance.
The Successful Applicant Experience in aerospace wiring and electrical assemblies.
Knowledge of Military & Industry Standards (IPC 620 / J-STD-001, Mil-Specs).
Familiarity with model-based definition engineering data.
Strong QMS knowledge for wire assemblies, electrical panels, and electronics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a global team environment and manage multiple priorities.
