Job Description
About the Role:
As a Senior Technician reporting to the Workshop Controller, you will:
* Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts.
* Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
* Conduct diagnostics using advanced tools and technology to identify issues accurately.
* Resolve faults quickly and efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
* Handle larger mechanical jobs with expertise, including engine repairs, transmission work, and electrical systems.
* Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team performance and skills.
* Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
* We seek a skilled and experienced Dealership Technician with:
* Previous experience with Toyota, also helps if you have Isuzu UTE, or Mahindra experience.
* Strong diagnostic abilities in both mechanical and electronic systems.
* Proficiency in managing complex repairs, including:
* Engine diagnostics and repairs
* Transmission servicing and repairsElectrical and electronic systems troubleshooting
* Brake and suspension system maintenance
* A teamwork-oriented mindset and a full driving license.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
