Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with organisational goals
* Design and deliver change management communications for strategic initiatives
* Lead all communications channels including digital platforms, website, social media, and corporate messaging
* Create high-quality content across multiple formats—executive communications, media releases, presentations, and thought leadership
* Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Lead and develop a high-performing communications team
* Partner with key stakeholders on proposals, capability statements, and event materials
* Establish metrics, governance, and best practice systems for enterprise communications
* Manage crisis and business continuity communications
Requirements:
* 10+ years in communications, marketing, or public relations with progressive responsibility
* Proven track record developing integrated strategies in complex organisations
* Experience managing change management and crisis communications
* Strong portfolio of diverse communication materials and campaigns
* Website, social media, and digital content management experience
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt for different audiences
* Proven people leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
