Join the Team at Fearless Health. Fearless Health is an award‐winning remedial massage and movement clinic based in Dubbo, NSW. We are passionate about helping people feel strong, supported and empowered within their bodies through evidence‐informed care, education and movement. We are a size inclusive, non‐diet culture clinic that believes all bodies deserve respectful healthcare. Our clinic is known for creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, heard and cared for. As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team on a part‐time basis, with the opportunity to increase hours over time based on demand and availability.
About The Role
We are seeking someone who:
* Has a kind, compassionate and client‐centred approach
* Values inclusive healthcare and understands that health is not defined by body size
* Enjoys building genuine relationships with clients
* Has experience or a strong interest in Women's health, Pregnancy massage, Postnatal care, Lymphatic massage
* Is motivated to continue learning and developing their skills
* Works well within a multidisciplinary environment
* You will work alongside a supportive team with strong referral relationships with local Osteopaths and allied health professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements Essential
* Diploma of Remedial Massage
* Current Association Membership
* Health Fund Provider Status
* We will also consider applicants who are currently completing their studies, particularly those looking for mentoring and hands‐on experience within a supportive clinic environment
Hours & Flexibility
This role is flexible and suited to someone wanting part‐time employment with room to grow.
We are particularly looking for someone with:
* Some afternoon/evening availability Potential Saturday availability
* Flexibility to increase hours as the clinic expands
