About The Opportunity
Our fibre packaging board plant based in Dandenong, Victoria has an opportunity for an Maintenance Electrician to join our team. You will work with PLC controlled systems, a variety of packaging plant and some of the latest servo-controlled Corrugating and Converting machines.
* Pay details: $57.06 per hour + shift loading + OT
* Shift details: Rotating shift across 6 weeks including days, afternoons & nights
What You'll Do
* Complete scheduled proactive maintenance across all plant and machinery on site
* React to machine breakdowns, keeping downtime to a minimum
* Troubleshooting in Allen Brakdley, Siemens, OMRON, TIA Portal and Step 7 Simatic Manager
* Troubleshooting and repairs to electrical equipment including variable frequency AC and DC drives, PLC and relay control systems, printed circuit boards, and all other equipment in the cardboard Corrugating and Converting process
* Updating and maintaining records via MEX maintenance portal
* Contributing to a safe working environment for yourself and the team
* Miscellaneous duties as required
What You Will Bring To The Team
* A Grade Electrical License
* Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
