About the Role
You will engage in a role filled with consultations and reviews, offering a rewarding professional experience. Supported by a full-time nurse, geriatrician, and administrative team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in Aged Care.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality medical care to residents within aged care facilities
* Engaging in consultations and reviews with residents and their families
* Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions
* Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM
* Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth
* Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred
