We are looking for a Senior Finance and Reporting Officer to join the Business Operations team in this exciting and rewarding role.
The role will provide a high-level of assistance in the timely delivery of financial services and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role you will:
* Provide a high level of support to the Manager Business Operations in the development and management of QSA's budget.
* Provide leadership to and collaborate with the Finance Officer to ensure the accurate and timely execution of financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable processes
* Manage end of month reporting and undertake monthly analysis of SAP data, preparing reports identifying any anomalies and trends.
* Lead the development and ongoing management of QSA's assets including asset register, useful life review, asset replacement planning and overall performance of assets.
* Undertake financial related projects including review of fees and charges for services rendered.
* Maintain ongoing awareness of current departmental policies to develop a culture of continuous learning across the business
* Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities, working with the Business Operations Officer to contribute to the effectiveness of the finance systems and processes.
* Provide support in the development and review of financial data and correspondence including estimates hearings, etc.
* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure good governance.
