About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the product vision and strategy for CommSee 2.0, working collaboratively with engineering, design, users, and senior stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with Retail Technology's goals and enhance the experience of our frontline teams.
You will champion a product management culture, foster innovation, and contribute to customer and business outcomes at CBA.
What You'll Do
* Define & Lead: Develop and communicate the product vision, rooted in deep insights about customer needs and business objectives
* Collaborate: Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ideate, plan, execute, and optimize strategies.
* Innovate: Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver customer and business value.
* Evangelize: Advocate for the product vision across the organization, gaining buy‐in and ensuring strategic alignment.
* Mentor & Lead: Foster a culture of product‐management excellence, helping the team hone their product craft.
About You
You're a strategic thinker and a relationship builder, passionate about leveraging technology to achieve business goals. You have strong technical expertise and a customer‐focused mindset. You lean into ambiguity and drive clarity for cross‐functional teams and stakeholders.

* Proven product management experience, ideally within a platform or tech‐driven environment.
* Product discovery and analytical skills to form hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret data.
* Ability to engage and collaborate with designers, engineers, and customers to shape solution requirements.
* Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship‐building skills.
* Commercial acumen to align product strategy with business outcomes.
* Experience delivering customer and business outcomes.
* Experience working in product‐led B2B companies (desirable).
